Order Processing & Fulfillment Time

We ship all products available on our website, and every order is processed on business days only. Orders placed before 18:00 (6:00 PM) GMT-8, Monday through Friday, will begin processing the same business day. Any orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Our standard handling time is between 2 to 4 business days, during which your order is verified, packaged, and handed over to our shipping partners. Please note that we do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect delivery within 4 to 12 business days, depending on your location. This means your total estimated delivery time is 6 to 16 business days, including both order handling and shipping transit.

Our deliveries are carried out on business days from Monday to Friday only.

Shipping Cost & Currency

We proudly offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. All prices and transactions on our store are processed in USD. If you choose to pay in another currency, please be aware that your bank or payment provider may apply their own exchange rates or transaction fees, which are beyond our control.
