How to Submit an Opt-Out Request

- The email address associated with your Senqir account or order, if applicable
- Your state of residence
- A statement that you are requesting to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
Do not send passwords, complete payment-card numbers, security codes, or digital-wallet credentials with your request.
Processing Your Request
Senqir will review and process applicable opt-out requests in accordance with the privacy laws that apply to the request.
You are not required to make a purchase to submit an opt-out request.
Senqir will not deny products or services, charge a different price, provide a different level of service, or otherwise unlawfully discriminate against you solely because you exercised an applicable privacy right.
Requests Submitted Through a Browser
Some browsers and browser extensions allow users to send an opt-out preference signal.
Where Senqir is legally required to recognize such a signal, the website’s privacy settings must be configured to process the signal as an applicable request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
A browser-based preference may apply only to the browser or device from which the signal is sent. Customers may also submit a request by email using the process described above.
Authorized Agents
Where permitted by applicable law, an authorized agent may submit an opt-out request on your behalf.
Senqir may request information reasonably necessary to confirm that the agent is authorized to act for you. Senqir will not request more personal information than is reasonably necessary to process the request.
