At Sorevielle, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and transparent return and refund process.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for customers located in the United States. Items may be returned or exchanged if they are in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Both defective and non-defective items are eligible for return, provided they meet the condition requirements.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, or return it entirely, we will accommodate your request under our policy terms.

Return & Exchange Window

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Return Method & Process

All returns are handled by mail. To begin a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@sorevielle.com. Once your request is approved, a return shipping label will be provided for you to download and print.

Sorevielle will cover all return shipping costs, so you will not be charged for returning your item. There is no restocking fee applied to any returns.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, your refund will be processed within 15 business days. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully processed.

All refunds are issued in USD. If your original payment was made in a different currency, your financial institution may apply its own exchange rates or additional fees, which are beyond our control.
