These Billing Terms and Conditions explain the payment methods, transaction currency, billing-information requirements, and related policies that apply to purchases made from Senqir.
Accepted Payment Methods
Senqir accepts the following payment methods at checkout:
- Shop Pay
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- PayPal Wallet
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Diners Club
- Discover
The payment methods available for a particular purchase will be displayed during checkout. Customers should select one of the available options and complete the payment through the checkout process.
Transaction Currency
All prices displayed on the Senqir website are listed in United States dollars (USD).
All orders, charges, and refunds are processed in USD.
When a customer uses a bank account, card, or payment account denominated in another currency, the customer’s bank or payment provider may perform a currency conversion. Any exchange rate or conversion fee imposed by that provider is determined by the provider and is not charged by Senqir.
Billing Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information during checkout, including:
- Customer name
- Billing address
- Email address
- Payment information requested at checkout
Customers should review all billing, shipping, product, and order information before submitting a purchase.
If a customer notices an error after placing an order, the customer should contact info@senqir.com as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Payment Security
Payment details should be entered only through the payment options presented during Senqir’s checkout process.
Do not send complete payment-card details, passwords, security codes, or digital-wallet credentials by email.
Senqir’s customer-support team does not require customers to provide complete card numbers or payment-account passwords by email.
Charges and Checkout Disclosure
The order total presented during checkout should be reviewed before the order is submitted.
The checkout page will display the applicable product charges in USD before the customer completes payment.
Senqir provides free standard shipping for orders shipped within the United States.
Order Cancellations
An order may be canceled before shipment.
To request a cancellation, email info@senqir.com as soon as possible and include the order number.
Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the applicable return process.
Shipping Overview
Senqir ships within the United States and provides free standard shipping.
The standard order timeline is:
- Order cut-off: 4:00 PM (GMT-8), Monday–Friday
- Handling time: 1–2 business days
- Transit time: 7–9 business days
- Estimated delivery: 8–11 business days
After an order ships, the customer will receive an email containing a tracking link.

Returns and Refunds Overview
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
A return or exchange must be approved before the product is sent back. For an approved request, Senqir provides a prepaid downloadable and printable return shipping label at no charge to the customer.
Senqir does not charge a restocking fee.
After the returned product is received, it is inspected within 1–3 business days. If the return is approved following inspection, the refund is processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval.
Refunds are issued in USD to the original payment method.

Privacy
Personal information submitted during checkout is handled according to Senqir’s published Privacy Policy.
Customers should review the Privacy Policy for information about how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected.
